Founder & CEO, Mr. Jehangir Khan
Est. in 2004, Ideal Pest Control is a family owned and operated business based out of Surrey BC, but operates all over Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. Once the pests are out, WE KEEP THEM OUT! Our methods are time tested and our results are accompanied with a written warranty.
We are government licensed, WCB covered, bonded and insured, and fully trained in every aspect of structural pest control.
Ideal Pest Control promises nothing but the highest quality of service. The owner, Jehangir Khan, has a M.Sc with over 18 years of experience in the pest control industry and can solve any of your pest problems no matter the size. All company employees have also been trained directly by him and hold valid pesticide licenses issued by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy. Moreover, we are ready to help, 24×7, with expert pest control solutions.

All of our work comes with a written warranty which extends to Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional clients. We also conduct scheduled inspections and offer monitoring programs to ensure that pests are completely eliminated.

Mr. Khan founded Ideal Pest Control in 2004 with the vision of creating a reliable and affordable pest control service customers could trust. He holds a Master of Science degree and brings extensive knowledge of insects, wildlife, and other animals to the company. With decades of experience in the industry, Mr. Khan remains committed to delivering effective solutions while upholding high standards of professionalism and care.

Operations Coordinator/ Technician
Hannan has over five years of hands-on experience working with Ideal Pest Control, where he is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. He takes pride in providing reliable, effective pest control solutions and building lasting relationships with clients. Outside of work, Hannan enjoys swimming and spending quality time traveling with his wife. Among all the places he’s visited, Mexico remains his favorite destination for its culture, food, and atmosphere.

Ayesha has four years of experience working with Ideal Pest Control and plays an important role in assisting customers with their questions and concerns. She is known for her friendly, helpful approach and dedication to providing excellent customer service. Ayesha holds a Bachelor of Science degree, reflecting her strong educational background. Outside of work, she enjoys watching anime, with Naruto being one of her favorites.

Awais is a motivated and energetic member of the team who works on and off while attending school. He has been with us for the past year and brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic whenever he’s on the job. An avid basketball fan, Awais enjoys staying active through rock climbing and regular workouts at the gym. He is currently pursuing a degree in psychology, reflecting his interest in understanding people and human behavior.
